Allpoints is a small company that caters to the company driver but has the benefits of a big owner operator company. Allpoints is a Dart Transit company.

Base Pay

• Most experienced drivers earn between $50,000 and $60,000 a year.
  
• Starting pay is based on your past 5 years of verifiable experience.
  
• Your pay increases 1 cent per mile every year that you are with Allpoints, up to $0.42 per mile, plus bonuses.
  
• Direct deposit is available for your convenience.
  
• 1 year - $0.33 per mile
  
• 2 years - $0.35 per mile
  
• 3+ years - $0.38 per mile

An additional $0.02 per mile bonus pay will be paid
     monthly to all qualifying drivers.

Additional Pay

• $100 orientation pay with your first settlement
• Cartage or dray pay
• $50 layover or breakdown pay after the first 24 hours
• $30 Extra Stop Pay
• Detention pay after 2 hours
• $20 per "Perfect DOT Inspection"
• Extra pay for Haz Mat loads

Bonus Requirements

• 10,000 or more dispatched miles per calendar month
• Comply with Hours of Service rules
• No moving violations or equipment violations
• No preventable incidents, accidents, or injuries
• 100% on-time pickups and deliveries
• Meet fuel efficiency goals
